Volunteer Opportunities

This event is organized and run by amazing volunteers! 

 

We would love your help to make this event happen.  The volunteer areas are divided up into  4 main areas.  Each area has different times and days that are available.   If you are unable to stay for the whole shift- NO PROB!  Any and all help is appreciated.  Have kiddos?  Bring them along!  Part of a club or association that would like to contribute?  Reach out for more information.

The BnF and local business owners donate over 40 turkeys to this event.  Our turkey cookers get to pick up a turkey for free, cook it at home, and drop it off the night before the dinner. We will carve them up and serve them to the community!

Help to turn the community center into a dining room for the town.  Decorations, tables, organizing and more.  Or, help sparkle it back up after all the fun.  Thanks to the town for letting us use this great facility!

Serve the delicious food to the community during the dinner.  Help keep the trays full, and the tables organized.  Meet and greet all the community members that come in to share a meal.   

This is where the magic happens.  Come in and help prepare the main dishes at the community center.   No formal kitchen experience needed, just a smile and a set of helpful hands.
